However, doesn't this problem span generations? I've always been annoyed by the 4-hour rule. I've also been mind-numbingly bored at many office jobs (as well as every single day in high school) and I'm from the boomer generation. But being the "good employee" or the the "good student" or the "good customer" (in the case of the cable company)... I kept my thoughts to myself. I think the real difference here with the Millennials is that they are finally speaking up. Bravo!
