		<description>Regarding your posts about the 4-hour time window and the Millennials being bored in the workplace...as a teacher and parent of 3 teens, I understand. However, doesn&#039;t this problem span generations? I&#039;ve always been annoyed by the 4-hour rule. I&#039;ve also been mind-numbingly bored at many office jobs (as well as every single day in high school) and I&#039;m from the boomer generation. But being the &quot;good employee&quot; or the the &quot;good student&quot; or the &quot;good customer&quot; (in the case of the cable company)... I kept my thoughts to myself. I think the real difference here with the Millennials is that they are finally speaking up. Bravo!</description>
